With Jennifer focused on the operations side of the business John was able to build a profitable sales force that allowed him to step out of production and focus on building the culture of the company. Together him and his wife have built a company that runs on systems with a leadership structure in place that consistently allows them to produce over $75,000,000 per year in sales.
